Dr. Mullen is a licensed clinical psychologist with specialties in co-occurring conditions, addiction, integrated primary care, family services, peer services, emerging adulthood, and digital health. He holds a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, and a doctorate degree (Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.
With over a decade of diverse experience spanning inpatient psychiatric care, integrated primary care, and various levels of substance use disorder (SUD) care, Dr. Mullen brings expertise in program design and operational leadership, emphasizing innovative, engagement-focused care models. His doctoral training focused on cognitive-behavioral assessment and intervention, behavioral health integration, and multidisciplinary care collaboration.
